Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) are running two surveys about Adult Social Care information during the next month.
These surveys are part of work being carried out for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Adult Social Care Forum’s shared action plan, which has the priority about:
- Concerns around digital inclusion / exclusion and the impact this has on people’s ability to know where to go for information, advice and signposting help.
The first survey will appear on a range of Adult Social Care pages on the CCC and PCC websites. The website survey will be about asking people if they could find the information they needed when visiting the website pages.
The second survey about Adult Social Care information is to ask experts by experience (such as Sun Network and Partnership Board members) about their experiences of looking for Adult Social Care information. We want to ensure that adults who may need our support services can find the information that they need and we hope this feedback will help both councils improve their information services.

The closing date for the survey is: 30th November 2021.
