We are all in lockdown again and aware the toll this has on people’s well-being. We are here and open for business and have 6 free online sessions available this month. Details are below and if you have anyone who may be interested in a place on any, they need to register their interest at https://illuminatecharity.org.uk/applicationform.php. Our aim to help people keep motivated, confident and resilient at this time.
Vikki who runs the Get Going and Strengths sessions below, is expecting her first child, so this will be the last of these sessions for now, so do act quick on these. We are planning to add some new alternative sessions next month.
Places are free to those not currently working and for anyone else, all we ask is that the person makes a small donation to our work, so we can ensure we can meet the demand on our work.
