We have some online sessions coming up in July, before we take a break for August and return in the autumn.
- Below is our 3 part Confidence course, made up of elements of our Confidence for Chance courses we ran pre COVID. Participants can attend all 3 parts or any individual session they wish.
9 Jul – Part 1 – 5 Steps to Confidence – Simple tools to improve confidence and self-esteem, with Susie Peters – 10.00 to 11.30
16 Jul – Part 2 – Values and Beliefs – Identify what is important to you and what could be holding you back, with Susie Peters – 10.00 to 11.30
23 Jul – Part 3 – Moving Forward – Create new healthy habits and a positive mindset, with Susie Peters – 10.00 to 11.30
- We also have our final PERK course on 7th July with Philippa, one of our ex beneficiaries.
7 July – Personal Emotion Remedy Kit (PERK) – how to create your own, practical, self-help remedy kit, unique to you and for any situation, with Phillipa Sjoberg – 2.00 to 3.15
All these sessions are run using Zoom. They are free and open to anyone not in work or working limited hours. They are run informally and participants will find a safe and relaxing place to learn, without fear they will be forced to contribute.
