They have broken down our Confidence for Change courses into online bite sized sessions, having taken the decision not to deliver face to face for the rest of this year.
They are open for people to join our current sessions. These are online, using Zoom and small interactive groups with a trainer. The list of sessions coming up can be found here. People can attend one of sessions or multiple.
Their sessions are open and free of charge to adults not in work, working limited hours and possibly experiencing mental ill health. Sessions are run informally and they will get a warm welcome.
They do ask that people value the sessions and commit to attending and feel comfortable enough to use online services.
