Our criteria is that you are not in work or working minimal hours. You do not need a formal diagnosis of mental ill health. Our sessions are designed to develop self-confidence and to start moving beyond health and wellbeing issues. We run them in a safe, informal and friendly way so as not to further anxiety levels. Attendees will not need to introduce themselves and they will not be put under pressure to contribute until they feel ready.

Applying for a session or multiple sessions can also be done at that link above. It is important that anyone referred, can make their own application, can commit to sessions they have booked onto and can get themselves onto the Zoom session.
