Free beneficiary sessions for February

We have a range of free online sessions available on Confidence Development, running each month.

  • Confidence Part 3 – Moving Forward
  • Foundation for Happiness to manage anxiety

If you have anyone who may be interested, please do signpost them to the link above to decide if they wish to apply. Please note we don’t take referrals, as it is important for the beneficiary to decide for themselves, so please share details and let them complete the application if they wish. Applying is easy and can be done at the same link above.

These sessions are open to those not in work or working minimum hours and feel ready to start building their self-confidence. Sessions are friendly and informal.

To help beneficiaries decide if they wish to attend any of the sessions, here is a video explaining how we run them We have found this useful in reassuring beneficiaries, as we understand anxiety can get in the way of doing something new.


Mental Health First Aiders training (MHFA) for staff

As a charity we deliver accredited MHFA training for organisations and for individuals on our open courses, as a means to generate funds for our work with beneficiaries.

Our next course at Arbury Community Centre, Cambridge – 30th and 31st March 2022 – has a few places left. To find out more or book please go to–31st  We charge £279 per delegate, with all proceeds going in full to supporting out charitable work.

If this date is not suitable then we are also running courses on 29th and 30th June 2022 and 20th and 21st October 2022 both on Cambridge Science Park.

Our trainer Jeremy is highly experienced at bringing this topic to life in a meaningful and beneficial way.
