Inclusive Sport and Fitness Activities


Want to try Boccia? Come along on Wednesday 11th March, 10:30am-12noon, and join us for a game at the Ping Parlour, Grafton Centre. A Boccia coach will be there to welcome everyone, explain how to play and guide everyone through this great inclusive sport. FREE. No booking required just turn up and join in.



Thanks to National Lottery Community Fund, Cambridge City Council are offering a FREE taster climbing session at Clip ‘n’ Climb Cambridge for adults with disabilities or long term illness. This session will have a calming environment with low music and lights, restricted numbers, and there will be plenty of instructors there to help. Hoists are also available.

Indoor Bowls

A new weekly session with Chesterton Bowls Club has now started. There is wheelchair access and adapted equipment available to use, plus experienced coaches to help guide and support players. This is a great opportunity to try this fun social game in a warm and friendly surrounding. Everyone welcome and no experience necessary. Come along and join in every Monday, 2-3pm. Multi Sports

This weekly session varies with different sport activities delivered each week that suit everyone. Fun, friendly and inclusive. Come along and join in, no booking required.

Every Wednesdays, 11am-12noon

at Kelsey Kerridge Sport Centre



Racket Sports

Every Friday, 1-2pm, come and play different rackets sports at Cherry Hinton Village Centre. A facilitator is there to welcome participants, play games and ensure everyone enjoys the session.
