Join us and hear our talented artists using Spoken Word poetry and true narrative as they speak with clarity about mental health from their individual and unique perspectives. They will cover topics including anxiety, depression, suicide, honour-based violence, being judged by others, peer pressure, the impact of domestic abuse, the power of positivity and mindfulness.

The evening will end with a guided mindfulness session led by Malika Speaks to gift you a sense of calm and relaxation which you can repeat beyond the event.
