We do this by creating involvement opportunities like workshops, or evaluations. We encourage feedback of all forms: via telephone, text, email, website, surveys, social media and face to face. We hope to empower people to come along with us to meetings, forums and events and aim for service users to be confident eventually going without us as representatives of the SUN Network. We have paid opportunities if we are running something and promote opportunities from other services to prompt any and every service user to have the chance for their voice to be heard.
