- Self-Care & Wellbeing online – 19th July 10.30 to 12.00
Fay Durrant shares her movement improvement techniques, gentle breathing, stretches, self-massage techniques, plus more to improve your health & happiness. Suitable for all mobilities and abilities.
- Find your Values and Build your Boundaries online – 20th July 10.30am to 12.30
We believe that understanding your core values is essential for leading a fulfilling and balanced life. Led by Maria, identify your values and see how they help you become clear with your boundaries. Boundaries are crucial in protecting you from burnout and nurturing your wellbeing. When you are clear on your values, you gain clarity and the ability to set your goals that align with your values.
- Stress Less with Jeremy – 24th July 12.00 to 1.30
Jeremy Gulvin’s regular monthly online session sharing his knowledge and expertise on ways and techniques of managing stress and anxiety. In this upbeat managing stress session we explore good stress / bad stress, the stress signature, universal factors that lead to stress, and defining resilience.
In person event – Confidence Check-In – with Maria 26th July 10.30 to 12.30 Cambridge city
A friendly and welcoming morning for up to 10 people, Maria will be sharing the fundamentals of self-confidence. This is perfect for your personal development as an introduction or as a reminder, Maria will take you through topics such as body language, anchoring, thinking patterns and dispelling some myths around personality types.
- Self Confidence Inside and Out online – 27 July 10.30 to 12.30
An introduction to understanding the elements that contribute to self-confidence with Maria. She will look at the impact of our body language and non-verbal clues on others and more importantly on ourselves. The benefits of being an introvert and insights into managing our self-doubt. Importantly this is not about changing your personality but helping you feel confident and happy being you.
